End of Over 50. 12 runs. Bowler: Jasprit Bumrah. Australia: 293/6 (rr 5.86)
  • 49.6

Jasprit Bumrah to Marcus Stoinis. Back of a length, outside off stump on the back foot pulling, to deep mid wicket for 2 runs, fielded by Jadhav.

A scampered brace to finish the innings, Australia manage a competitive total of 293/6. At one stage they will have been targeting a few more than that, but a combination of sharp fielding and intelligent bowling by the hosts pegged them back. Aaron Finch returned to international cricket with a bang, hitting five gargantuan maximums on his way to a sensational century. He was well supported by his skipper Steve Smith (63) in an impressive partnership of 154, but no one could provide the blitz to round things off. Virat Kohli will certainly fancy his chances in the chase, but the visitors will be fighting hard to remain in the series.

  • 49.5

Jasprit Bumrah to Ashton Agar. Half volley, outside off stump on the front foot driving, to deep cover for 1 run, fielded by Jadhav.

  • 49.4

FOUR! Jasprit Bumrah to Ashton Agar. Off cutter length ball, down leg side moves in front flick, well timed in the air under control past fine leg for 4 runs. Fine leg is up in the circle so Agar manufactures a shot in that direction, using his wrists to send the ball over the fielder and away to the rope.

  • 49.3

  • 47.5

OUT! Caught. Jasprit Bumrah to Peter Handscomb. Length ball, outside off stump down the track driving, well timed in the air uncontrolled to long off, by Pandey. What a sensational grab, casual brilliance from Pandey at long off. He makes this look so simple but it is anything but that. Handscomb strikes this pretty well, hard and flat out towards the rope. Pandey jumps, grabs, throws and then completes the take after a skip outside the field of play. Outstanding effort.

  • 47.4

  • 46.3

FOUR! Bhuvneshwar Kumar to Marcus Stoinis. Half volley, middle stump on the front foot driving, well timed past long off for 4 runs. Bhuvi just misses his yorker by an inch or two, that is all Stoinis needs to bully a drive straight back past him.

  • 46.3

Wide Bhuvneshwar Kumar to Marcus Stoinis. Back of a length, wide outside off stump on the back foot, Left to wicketkeeper for 1 run, fielded by Dhoni.

  • 46.2

Bhuvneshwar Kumar to Peter Handscomb. Back of a length, outside off stump on the back foot pushing, to short extra cover for 1 run, shy attempt by Chahal. A suicidal single but Chahal can't hit the stumps direct. He had plenty of time to take aim as well.

Kane Richardson to Manish Pandey. Yorker, middle stump on the front foot defending, inside edge to fine leg for 1 run, fielded by Cummins. A casually jogged single brings India victory, and with it they take an unassailable 3-0 lead in this series. They have fully deserved the win today after a ruthless performance, and look every part the number one ODI side in the world.

India complete victory by five wickets in Indore thanks to a fantastic team performance. They were under the cosh earlier when Aaron Finch (124) and Steve Smith (63) were scoring freely and without risk. However, once their impressive partnership was broken the hosts were able to wrestle themselves into a position of strength. The openers got off to a blazing start, and Hardik Pandya (78) continued his meteoric rise with another brutal knock. They will now turn their attention to completing a series whitewash. Australia will have work to do in order to prevent that, as they lacked firepower in the lower order and penetration with the ball today.

  • 45.5

OUT! Caught. Pat Cummins to Hardik Pandya. Length ball, off stump on the front foot driving, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to mid on, by Richardson. Taken at mid on, Pandya has played wonderfully today but he can't see his side over the line. He was looking to finish things in a hurry but only managed to toe-end this drive into the hands of mid on. Raucous cheers greet Dhoni to the middle.

  • 44.2

FOUR! Marcus Stoinis to Manish Pandey. Short, outside off stump on the back foot pulling, well timed past deep mid wicket for 4 runs. Mid wicket is being peppered at the moment, this time off the back foot as India charge towards the target.

  • 44.1

FOUR! Marcus Stoinis to Manish Pandey. Length ball, outside off stump on the front foot Slog, well timed in the air under control past deep mid wicket for 4 runs. Agricultural from Pandey but it does the job, hacking across the line to swipe this through mid wicket.
