Ravindra Jadeja, India

Ravindra Jadeja has been one of the best all-rounders in the modern day cricket. The Indian cricketer, who was born of December 6, 1988, plays for India across all-formats and one of the top-ranked all-rounders in ICC Rankings.Jadeja was the vice-captain of the Virat Kohli-led Indian U19 team which lifted the coveted trophy in 2008. The left-arm wrist-spinner from Saurashatra shot to fame after his performances in the inaugural IPL edition for Rajasthan Royals.Late Australia bowling legend Shane Warne - the captain of Rajasthan Royals in the IPL 2008 - dubbed the cricketer as a 'Rockstar'. Jadeja kept improving his peformance in domestic circuit and became the only batter in the Ranji Trophy history to slam three triple centuries. Consistently good performances in the domestic circuit, as well as in the IPL, helped Jadeja earn India call up in 2009. He made his ODI & T20I debut on Sri Lanka tour in 2009.However, the all-rounder had to wait for Test debut for four years. Jadeja made his red-ball debut for India in December 2013 against England.Jadeja was the leading wicket-taker for India in the 2013 Champions Trophy in England, which was the ICC event the Men in Blue won in the last decade. Initially, Jadeja faced some ups and downs in the early phase of his Test career and kept getting in-and-out of the side as he faced stiff competition from spin-twin Ravichandran Ashwin. Jadeja still managed to become the fastest left-arm bowler to 200 wickets in Test cricket. Jadeja started getting consistent chances in the Test squad since 2016 and the leg-spinner hasn't looked back ever since. He picked up 23 wickets in 2015 home series against South Africa and later grabbed 25 wickets in the 2016-17 wickets at home against England. In the later years, Jadeja also proved his vitality in the ODIs and ended up as one of the most valuable white-ball cricketers in the world.
